Yes: unwashed, unworn, unaltered merchandise can be returned for a store credit ONLY, within 15 days of purchase. Store credit never expires. Please note some items are final sale and not eligible for return; see full return policy for details.

This varies based on your credit card or bank. After we process a refund it takes 3-5BD for it to appear on your account, but it can be sooner or later than that based on your financial institution's processing times.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return. We provide a prepaid shipping label via email, and the cost of that label will be deducted from the final refund amount before we issue the remaining balance onto a store credit.
