GLOW Return Policy
GLOW gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (GLOW e-gift card) within 15 days from shipment date. Please note we cannot accept international returns. Returns must be requested using our customer service email. We do not accept requests for refund via DM, Facebook, or comments on social media.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
GLOW offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 10 calendar days from the shipment date. Note that after 10 days have passed, items are no longer eligible for a size exchange. Also note that if an exchange has been washed, worn, or damaged, we cannot accept it. Please refer to our sizing charts prior to purchase to avoid sizing issues, and if you have a question, please email customer service so we can assist you with your size. Please note that exchanges are based on product inventory and availability: if the requested size is not available, a store credit will be issued to the customer.
Damaged/Defective Items: damaged or defective are eligible for a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receipt (delivery date). Note that after 3 days, we are unable to process damaged goods for return.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items marked "final sale", as well as items listed below:
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. We only ship to the address that is provided during checkout. Thank you for your understanding.
