We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund to a GLOW credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

GLOW gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (GLOW e-gift card) within 15 days from shipment date. Please note we cannot accept international returns. Returns must be requested using our customer service email. We do not accept requests for refund via DM, Facebook, or comments on social media. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
GLOW offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 10 calendar days from the shipment date. Note that after 10 days have passed, items are no longer eligible for a size exchange. Also note that if an exchange has been washed, worn, or damaged, we cannot accept it. Please refer to our sizing charts prior to purchase to avoid sizing issues, and if you have a question, please email customer service so we can assist you with your size. Please note that exchanges are based on product inventory and availability: if the requested size is not available, a store credit will be issued to the customer.
Damaged/Defective Items: damaged or defective are eligible for a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receipt (delivery date). Note that after 3 days, we are unable to process damaged goods for return. * We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. * You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. * The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping Policy Please allow 3-5BD for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking (if applicable). GLOW only processes orders on business days. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping is calculated based on item weight. Please note that expedited shipping incurs an additional cost. Your shipping options and costs will display at checkout.
